2022 Boushey Rosé
Situated in the hills above White Salmon, this amazing vineyard is something to behold. Since our first visit, this 20 acre south facing amphitheater shaped vineyard has commanded our attention and inspired our sense of adventure to see what could be.
The cool western Columbia Gorge creates a climate that allows for slow even ripening and bracing acidity. In the cellar, the grapes are whole cluster pressed and spontaneously fermented in stainless steel and 225-500 liter neutral French oak barrels. The used barrels bring texture and act as a counterpoint to the wine’s bright acidity.
