Our block, Block 30, sits 1100+ feet above sea level protecting us from the devastating spring frost that hit the Walla Walla Valley at least twice each decade. Les Collines’ altitude and slope also have cooling effect that allows for slow ripening leading to tremendous flavor development and structure rarely seen in new world Syrah.
